Looking at Chip Kidd

Man I'm slow. Just turned 52 and I only now find out about a book and graphic designer that's been quietly crawling into my creative subconscious. Here's a few of his book cover designs-



And here's a 'lil video. Oh-he's a singer/musician too, though, well--I like his designs better.

Looking at his designs also led me to these book cover designs-NOT designed by Chip Kidd, but by Peter Mendelsund. I like these alot.
